Remember when I requested dearest you all my blog readers to pray that The Hubby and I can get our own house? (man, that sentence was so long winded of me, kan? LOL).
Well.....
Tadaaaaaaaaaaa!!! Introducing our future HOME SWEET HOME...
Think I can have white picket fences here...
This place is 5 minutes drive to Sunway Giza, Kota Damansara where The Hubby work, and approximately 15 minutes drive to to my workplace.. Plus Giant Hypermarket, Carrefour even The Curve is a small distance away.
Our loan have been approved and we've paid our deposit. Am now waiting for the owner to do some touch ups on the house. The best thing is, even though we're buying the house from an owner, no one has ever stayed there before, and thus everything including the walls are free of unnecessary damages and scribbles. The apartment area is only few years old. Oh by the way, gotten ourselves the layout that we've always wanted. Apartment that comes with balcony and a little bit of land for us to have a small "leisure sitdown park" of ours.
The house is not that big, just nice for us and maybe a kid or two (hopefully soon). But the price, mak aih! Sad thing here in Klang Valley, we're paying the location. What to do, The Hubby tak nak duduk jauh and has to pay toll everyday. One good thing though, this area has a very high market value due to its convenience sake. I hope it's a good investment.
Thanks to all for the pray wishes. Yerp! I can tick off one more list of "Things to do before I turn 30".

Armstrong: sadly no.. both hubby and i are very busy with our work, him being involved with too many event setups, thus delaying every process. now only wanna do some minor reno... nonetheless, we're thrilled that we can finally say we have a place of our own.. hopefully soon la..
whoa! i have missed alot! say that place of urs i think pernah lalu . look cosy n cute :) do show us the inside before moving in! hehe. I love looking at a house still empty then have this 'before n after' effect. hehehe.
